Color Theory
Color Theory is a modern home furnishings brand based in NYC, with a vibrant and expressive identity built around modular layouts, bold gradients, and a soft sense of motion. I created the brand from the ground up—including the name, logo, visual system, and animation treatments for digital campaigns.
Working from concept through to execution, I developed the visual language to appeal to a contemporary, design-aware audience—envisioning how the brand would show up across retail posters, social ads, and in-store visuals. I sketched and storyboarded ideas by hand before translating them into clean, expressive digital forms using Illustrator and Photoshop. I then brought the brand to life in motion with subtle animated loops and logo sequences in After Effects.
This project was a creative playground that allowed me to explore how color and form can create an immersive brand voice across platforms—tying motion directly into the graphic system from the start.
